Leadership Role in Home Lending Customer Service

We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our customer service team in home lending, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences and meeting lending needs.

The role involves leading a team of professionals, developing their skills, and ensuring they provide exceptional service. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a high-performing sales and service culture, providing advice on lending products, and managing resources to optimize business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of lenders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet lending plans.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on team and individual performance, identifying strategies to drive improvement.
  • Ensure high technical lending skills and knowledge among the team.
  • Manage sales, service, operational, and risk management processes performed by the team.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to meet targets and efficiently process leads.
  • Actively engage in business development activities, building quality external leads and promoting the organization through community contributions.
  • Coach lenders on effective lead actioning and strategies to optimize lending outcomes.
  • Utilize industry expertise and market knowledge to identify key growth opportunities for the team.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt, professional, and caring manner.
  • Ensure lending meets appropriate credit standards through regular audit and review.

About You:

We seek individuals with demonstrated experience in home lending, leadership, coaching, and people management skills, preferably in sales and/or lending environments. Proven success in achieving business sales & service results is essential, along with advanced knowledge of lending processes and systems.
