We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Virtual Home Lending team as a Home Lending Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring compliance and supporting the ongoing growth of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and prepare lending applications for personal loans, credit cards, and home financing.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of our lending products, digital services, policies, and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to have advanced technology skills, the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment, build relationships with key stakeholders, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • FSRA Accreditation T2 - Deposit Taking & Non-Cash Payment Facilities & General Insurance (desired).
  • Lending experience is highly desirable.
  • Able to comprehend financial performance and business metrics.

We offer a hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days per week in our local Head Office or Regional Office. You will also be required to work a rotating roster within set hours.
