As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will develop, implement, monitor, and review care plans to meet client healthcare needs and promote quality of life.
Our palliative care program offers holistic care through the provision of multi-disciplinary services across metropolitan and regional Queensland.
You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality leadership and expert palliative care advice relating to complex care issues.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and review care plans to meet client healthcare needs.
- Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Travel to various locations throughout Queensland to provide care and support to clients and their families.
- Current Registered Nurse License and Registration Certificate to practice in the State where employed.
- Demonstrated extensive clinical experience in the area of specialty and postgraduate qualifications in palliative care or working towards.
- Provision of a high standard of flexible and responsive management and clinical leadership.
- Ability to attend to a variety of travel assignments for varying periods of time.
