ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you will leverage your administrative expertise, preferably in a healthcare setting, to support the operations at our Cannon Hill Clinic, QLD. This is a Permanent Full-Time position, requiring a commitment of 38 hours per week. You will report directly to the Practice Manager and play a pivotal role in overseeing various operational tasks and responding to customer needs. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, especially during the Practice Manager's absence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:
Overseeing daily clinic operations Supervising administrative staff effectively Assisting with human resource functions such as recruitment and performance evaluations Fostering a high standard of customer service Handling reception and general administrative tasks Managing medical appointment bookings Overseeing results management Conducting initial medical assessments Administering health questionnaires Processing invoicesCANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with Clarity / Best Practice software is advantageous.
