Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Team Lead to join our team at the Cannon Hill Clinic in QLD. This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week, and reporting directly to the Practice Manager. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including team supervision and human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinic operations, including reception and general administration duties
- Effectively supervise and manage a team of administration staff
- Assist with human resource functions, including recruitment, inductions, and performance management
- Promote and embed a high level of customer service delivery
- Process medical bookings, results management, and conduct preliminary medical assessments
- Administer health questionnaires and invoicing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in supervising staff, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in Clarity/Best Practice software. You will also have the ability to engage, motivate, and empower staff to achieve desired business outcomes.
