Clinical Administration Officer

About the RoleWe are seeking a Clinic Administration Officer to join our team at our Cannon Hill Clinic in QLD, working 38 hours a week on a Full-Time, Maximum-Term (12 months) basis. This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands, reporting directly to the Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Reception and general administration duties
- Processing medical bookings and results management
- Administering health questionnaires and data inputting
- Invoicing and providing excellent customer service
The successful candidate will be well-organised, have great administration skills, and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous medical/clinical experience and/or receptionist experience will be highly regarded, with on-the-job training provided.
