Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems solutions for mining and mineral processing projects. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet the highest engineering standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control System Design: Develop and implement control systems solutions for complex projects, ensuring they meet engineering standards and client requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Use broad knowledge and skills to resolve complex engineering problems.
  • Technical Leadership: Own control system aspects within projects, developing, reviewing, and approving project deliverables when required.
  • Documentation: Produce technical documentation, including reports, specifications, procedures, and manuals, to a high standard.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, project alignment, and successful outcomes.
  • Mentoring: Guide and mentor other engineers, fostering their professional growth within the company.
  • Site and Commissioning Support: Participate in site visits and commissioning activities to ensure control systems operate as intended.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of control systems and experience in mining and mineral processing projects/operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with generating and interpreting engineering documents.
  • Exceptional collaboration and mentoring skills.
