Client Relations Specialist

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of disputes, striving for equitable, practical, and prompt resolutions of grievances directed to external entities, such as the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A degree in law or a related field (preferred)
- A minimum of three years' experience in dispute resolution
- Outstanding written communication abilities
- Familiarity with the Debt Collection Guidelines, National Credit Code, responsible lending practices, and the Privacy Act
- The capacity to critically evaluate each complaint and propose enhancements to systems or processes to avert future occurrences
- Availability for full-time employment, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
