About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to all Richemont brands and their customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory control, shipments, and return goods, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Support Client Contact/Operations/Logistics Specialists/Supervisor with various tasks, such as best practices and policies, to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and report facilities faults, following up on action plans to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Register and update SAP records accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Place spare part orders and build relationships with internal and external parties to deliver resolutions and take ownership of every scenario.
  • Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, either by phone or email, and minimize potential complaints through effective follow-up and escalation.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure aftersales service meets customer requirements, monitoring boutique operations and compliance with brand policies and quality standards.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client services role, preferably in the luxury industry or sales service industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to deal with high volumes of incoming emails and queries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to deescalate situations and manage complaints effectively.
  • Training experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • An open mind and team spirit, with a high level of flexibility when dealing with ambiguity.
