Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain rapport with members and guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Respond to member enquiries and requests accurately and efficiently
  • Provide beverage service, TAB and Keno support across multiple areas including housekeeping, bar and gaming
  • Promote delivery of great customer experiences through effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in our service areas
Requirements:
  • Ability and willingness to work in smoking areas
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is essential
  • Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualifications are required
  • Previous experience in bar and gaming services is highly valued
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, overnights and weekends
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing periods
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
