Lead Clinical Trials Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a clinical research facility.
You will be responsible for managing multiple clinical trial activities from start up to close out, taking on mentoring and training responsibilities for junior team members.
- A tertiary qualification in health, social and/or biological science is required.
- 2-3 years experience as a clinical study coordinator or similar role, preferably working with clinical trial patients in early phase clinical trials.
- Nursing background and Oncology experience are preferred.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and problem solving skills are necessary.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research, ICH GCP is required.
This is a full-time and permanent position based onsite, offering a competitive salary around $95-$115K + bonus + Super.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for clinical research and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.
