Clinical Trial Associate Role

As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with leading pharma & biotech companies, helping them advance new drugs and devices. You will be part of an innovative and global Biotechnology company, who pride themselves on being one of the world's leading independent biotechnology companies.

The company focuses on areas with unmet medical need, aiming to reduce the social and economic burden of disease in society today. As a key member of the team, you will support the preparation of submission packages for regulatory agencies, trial and site administration, document management, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also coordinate on drug supply planning, provision and destruction process, trial equipment and materials planning and management, coordination of vendors' activities, distribution of site materials and equipment, and organizing meetings.

In order to succeed in this role, you will require previous clinical trial experience (pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or investigative site), a BS/BA or equivalent preferred, working knowledge of Australian study start-up processes, detail-orientated skills, excellent communication skills, basic knowledge and understanding of Essential Documents, CFR and GCP/ICH, and proficiency with technological systems (Microsoft Office, TMF, CTMS).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous clinical trial experience (pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or investigative site)
  • BS/BA or equivalent preferred
