Clinical Trials Leadership

As a seasoned Clinical Trial Manager, you will lead and manage the conduct of clinical trials from start-up to closeout in accordance with ICH-GCP and local regulations.

  • Develop and execute study plans to ensure timely and on-budget execution of clinical trial deliverables.
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to guarantee effective collaboration.
  • Ensure delivery of country and site level study activities in alignment with the global study project plan.
  • Maintain high-quality study documentation, including TMF completeness, quality, and inspection readiness.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary degree in Healthcare or Science, or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in clinical trial management or oversight, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical industry setting.
  • Familiarity with Oncology and Vaccine trials is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
