Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the front office team in the organisation of staffing and human resource management

  • Prioritise and monitor workflow in accordance with Directorate policies and procedures
  • Engage with various stakeholders of all age groups

Requirements

  • Current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011
  • Experience in an administration role
  • Experience working in HR
  • First Aid Certificate or a willingness to undertake appropriate training
  • Certificate IV or equivalent
  • Business qualifications or experience in a business-related role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of school specific software including Sentral, Kronos, HR21
