About the Role

Snooze Canberra is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration and Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer deliveries and managing customer enquiries related to the delivery of goods.

This part-time role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be working on rostered weekend days and will be responsible for ensuring that customer deliveries are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer deliveries and manage customer enquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Computer skills and knowledge (PRONTO experience an advantage)
  • Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Hardworking and able to work as a team member
