Dining Services Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to support residents' daily needs. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be part of the Hotel Services team, responsible for various activities such as food preparation and service, in-room dining, and maintaining clean and ready-to-use dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, plate, and serve high-quality meals to our residents.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining room areas, including all related equipment.
- Wash dishes, load and unload the dishwasher.
- Demonstrate excellent safety awareness and adhere to strict hygiene standards.
- Provide an exceptional dining experience that makes each resident's day enjoyable.
- 6 Months of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
- A strong passion for food and culinary arts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and think critically when faced with challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and availability to cover various shifts.
