About the Role
  • Assist with meal preparation, provide a quality dining service, and support residents as required
  • Maintain a cooperative team spirit and work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors
  • Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - an asset but not essential
  • A strong understanding of food safety practices, kitchen hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with diverse individuals
  • The ability to build professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain
