Aged Care Team Lead

Golden Age Southport is seeking a proactive and compassionate team leader to join our dedicated team.
This diverse role involves coordinating engaging activities, mentoring staff and volunteers, and working closely with allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care that truly makes a difference in the lives of seniors.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of older Australians and has experience in aged care, lifestyle coordination, or recreational therapy. You'll lead and support a team of staff and volunteers to develop and implement enriching lifestyle programs, assess resident needs, and create personalised care plans and activity schedules.
In this role, you'll facilitate one-on-one, small group, and large group recreational activities, encourage resident participation, and provide support during activities. Review and evaluation of lifestyle programs are also key aspects of this role, ensuring they meet individual and group needs.
