About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Chiller Service Team Leader to join our team in the Sydney Metro Area.

This senior role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of chiller equipment across various commercial sites. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating a team of service technicians ensuring efficient operations, minimising downtime, and providing exceptional customer service.

Additionally, the successful candidate will mentor and develop apprentices or junior technicians through on-the-job training, knowledge sharing, and career growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial chiller systems, compressors, and multiple types of chiller equipment. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing asset lifecycle activities from auditing to optimisation and sustainability reporting.

A proven background delivering services across various commercial environments is essential, as well as strong capability in knowledge transfer and staff development.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Senior Chiller Technician or equivalent leadership experience with hands-on team management and site coordination.
  • Deep understanding of commercial chiller systems, compressors, and multiple types of chiller equipment.
  • Proven background delivering services across various commercial environments with excellent customer service and client coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring apprentices or junior staff with strong capability in knowledge transfer and staff development.
