Lead Chiller Service Team Member

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead a team of chiller service technicians across commercial sites in the Sydney Metro Area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial chiller systems, experience in leading and coordinating teams, and excellent customer service skills.

  • Lead and coordinate a team of chiller service technicians ensuring high-quality maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of chiller equipment.
  • Oversee scheduling, allocation, and performance of service tasks to maximise operational efficiency and minimise downtime.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
  • Mentor and develop apprentices or junior technicians fostering on-the-job training, knowledge sharing, and career growth.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to manage asset lifecycle activities from auditing and retrofitting to optimisation and sustainability reporting.
Key Requirements

Requirements:

  • Senior Chiller Technician or similar leadership role experience with hands-on team management and site coordination.
  • Deep understanding of commercial chiller systems and compressors.
  • Proven background delivering services across various commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring apprentices or junior staff.
  • Excellent customer service, client coordination, and internal liaison abilities.
