Enterprise Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data architectures that meet the business needs of our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing data architectures that support business growth and transformation
  • Leading the design and integration of Databricks solutions for Core Data Platforms
  • Championing reuse, scalability, security and compliance in every design
  • Providing technical leadership to project teams and ensuring architecture alignment
  • Mentoring architects and analysts while collaborating with vendors and partners
  • Contributing to architectural standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in solution architecture, ideally within financial services
  • Minimum 5 years in IT, with 3+ years in architecture or design roles
  • Strong knowledge of Databricks, cloud platforms, data architecture, and APIs
  • Experience architecting using cloud-based data platforms
  • Background in software design, agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks
  • TOGAF certification or equivalent (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work across multiple squads, balancing business outcomes and technical depth
