Product Quality Assurance Expert

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of product quality through meticulous testing and evaluation. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections, performing product testing at designated intervals, and providing feedback on quality measures to support production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a robust quality control process to identify defects and deviations from specifications
- Conduct job audits for accuracy and report waste to minimize losses
- Review job jackets in process to confirm tools required for manufacturing are available and correct
- Sort internal and external product for defects and coordinate staging, removal, and inventory level changes to maintain efficient operations
- Assist in training personnel on best known methods of defect identification and new SOP implementation to enhance skills and knowledge
- Promote adherence to procedures and all measures of detection, correction, and prevention of defects to maintain a high level of quality
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to eliminate and reduce manufacturing defects
- Collaborate with the production team to contribute to overall plant success by supporting the manufacturing process
