Lead Field Service Engineers to Deliver Exceptional Service

We seek a skilled and experienced professional to manage our team of field service engineers. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and possess strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

This role involves maintaining daily contact with the field service engineers to align prioritization of service requests with service provider resourcing capability. You will also act as the liaison between the business partner/requestor and the field services engineers, providing a point of escalation. Additionally, you will coordinate the planning of Install, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) activities.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Tertiary level qualifications in Business, Commerce, Information Services or an IT related discipline are highly desirable.
  • You should have conceptual knowledge of Information Technology and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A detailed understanding of and practical experience using different data tools to transform and analyze different data sets is essential.
  • Experience discovering and sharing analytical insight with stakeholders at all levels of seniority is required.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and ITIL/ITAM certification are also essential.
