Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Project Marketing team at Brook Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success and achieving our sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily project operations, including administrative tasks, sales forecasting, and budget execution.
- Assist the marketing and sales teams by creating and distributing marketing materials, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Plan and execute events, such as launches and family fun days, to enhance project visibility and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough property research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, including providing pricing recommendations for new land releases.
- Act as the key contact point between stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and prompt resolution of any issues.
- A tertiary qualification in Property & Valuations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven administrative experience within the real estate or property sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry operations.
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certification, though not essential, would be highly regarded.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Project Marketing & Sales, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the field.
- Ability to efficiently manage and coordinate multiple administrative tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- A current driver's licence is required for this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
