About the RoleThis position involves providing proactive, commercially focused legal support across a range of matters including consumer protection, marketing compliance, and contractual terms of supply with retail service providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Reviewing marketing materials across digital, broadcast, and print channels;
- Advising on compliance with regulatory obligations and industry standards;
- Supporting the management of trademark portfolios;
- Contributing to the legal design of wholesale products and contractual arrangements with retail service providers;
To be eligible for this role, you must have a current legal practising certificate and 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house environment. Background in Telco, Technology, or consulting for regulated entities is highly regarded. You are collaborative and pragmatic with a strong understanding of consumer and competition law.
