Telecommunications Lawyer

Our team seeks a seasoned Legal Counsel to provide strategic and proactive legal support across various matters, including consumer protection, marketing compliance, and contractual terms of supply with retail service providers.
About the RoleThis is a permanent opportunity that involves reviewing marketing materials across digital, broadcast, and print channels; advising on compliance with consumer laws and regulations; and contributing to the legal design of wholesale products and contractual arrangements. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of consumer and competition law.

To be eligible for this role, you must have full working rights in Australia and hold a current legal practising certificate.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, helping to shape marketing and communications that are both legally sound and aligned with our brand and customer promise.
