Maintenance and Facilities Leadership

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to oversee the upkeep and operational efficiency of our properties.

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards of safety, presentation, and functionality. The successful candidate will be accountable for overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance, managing contractors, and providing leadership to the maintenance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Oversight of all building, plant, and equipment maintenance across the property
  • Coordination of preventative maintenance schedules and response to reactive maintenance requests
  • Management of contractor performance, compliance, and safety standards
  • Ensuring all facilities meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a facilities, property, or maintenance management role (hospitality or strata highly regarded)
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and OH&S compliance
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a small team
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
