We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.\
  • Manage compliance and risk across the portfolio.\
  • Establish and maintain facilities data and documentation.\
  • Drive management of critical facilities operations.\
  • Manage essential services including air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety.\
  • Manage service contracts and contractors.\
  • Actively engage in and deliver sustainability initiatives.\
  • Manage and oversee small-scale capital works.\
  • Support the portfolio management team to develop budgets.\
  • Conduct fortnightly presentation inspections for all assets.\
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.\\/ul>\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • Currently working as a facilities manager with 5+ years of experience.\
  • Strong experience in contractor and contract management.\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to operational challenges.\
  • Collaborative and committed to supporting broader team goals.\
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable form of transport.\
  • Ability to travel throughout Queensland.\\/ul>\
