Facilities Operations Director

Oversee all maintenance and facilities management requirements to ensure optimal property performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the preventative maintenance program, providing hands-on support as required across the property.
- Supervise and manage key service areas including electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services, and approved contractor works.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) best practices at all times.
- Manage stock control and supplier relations to maintain efficient operations.
- Prepare and manage Capital Expenditure (Capex) requests, supporting the Hotel Manager in team development.
- Previous hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Management experience in a hotel environment.
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
- Experience implementing a preventative maintenance program.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills combined with sound MS Office skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional, proactive service.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, with some on-call work on weekends.
