Job Title:

Operations Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with team members and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Operational Discipline: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Current Blue Card/Working with Children Check.
    • Current First Aid Certification.
    • Current CPR.
    • Pool Lifeguard.
