Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring operational and sales performance meet expectations by managing leave, rosters, and inventory processes efficiently.
  • Developing individuals to achieve their best through training and coaching to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management or leadership positions, preferably in luxury fashion, wedding, or bridal industries.
  • Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs individually and in teams.
  • Experience in leading teams, prioritizing tasks, and using technology to communicate and process sales effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and administration skills, along with attention to detail.
