**Position Overview**: As a Bridal Store Sales Consultant at MASAL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding brides-to-be through their dress selection process, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. You will work closely with our team to meet sales goals and uphold the high standards of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist brides and their parties with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- **Consultations**: Conduct thorough bridal consultations to understand each bride's vision, preferences, and needs.
- **Sales**: Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of MASAL's bridal collections, fabrics, customisation options, and accessories.
- **Fittings and Measurements**: Accurately measure brides for their gowns and assist with fittings to ensure the perfect fit.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, organising gowns, and maintaining the showroom.
- **Appointments**: Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring each bride receives personalised attention.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with clients post-appointment to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- **Merchandising**: Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing store environment through visual merchandising and cleanliness.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the sales team, Area Manager, and Production Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle administrative tasks such as processing orders, maintaining client records, and managing sales transactions.
- **Event Participation**: Participate in bridal fairs, trunk shows, and other promotional events to represent MASAL and attract new clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in bridal sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping brides find their dream dress.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including evenings as needed.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills for managing appointments and sales transactions.

Pay: $23.76 - $36.25 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
