Our Sydney store offers an elevated, urban chic vibe and showcases breathtaking designer wedding dresses. We are looking for career-minded retail professionals to join our team as Experienced Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create personalized experiences for each customer and their bridal parties through special details and touches.
  2. Co-lead daily sales and operational management of the upscale retail bridal boutique.
  3. Foster continued development of store and staff through ongoing recruitment, training, and coaching.
  4. Manage pre-appointment qualification process against conversions.
  5. Monitor and respond to all store reviews and provide feedback to staff as needed.
  6. Manage follow-up activities on customer inquiries.
  7. First-level management of customer complaints, reporting them with continuous improvement awareness.
  8. Manage execution of in-store marketing activities including bridal fairs and promotions.
  9. Work with the Store Manager to understand selling trends and implement merchandising activities.
  10. Prepare store for in-store special events and trunk shows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail/Fashion or related field strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years retail management experience with previous bridal sales or apparel industry-related management experience preferred.
  • Exhibits teamwork, objectivity, and openness to others' views.
  • Strong customer service approach with problem-solving skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and organisational awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven retail sales ability demonstrated by consistent attainment of sales goals.
  • Ability to lead and thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Results-driven with attention to detail and delegation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift up to 12 kgs, kneel, and stand.
