Lead Coordinator Position
We are seeking an experienced and passionate lead coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing enrichment programs based on the preferences of the children in your program;
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality services that exceed industry standards;
- Building strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community;
- Playing and engaging with primary school-aged children; and
- Taking ownership of coordination duties during School Holiday periods.
