Your New Role
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in credit, accounts receivable, or administration who's eager to learn and grow. Joining a hardworking and supportive team, you'll work closely with our Regional Credit Manager, learning the ropes of managing a ledger, building customer relationships, and supporting the accounts receivable function.

We'll provide the training - you bring your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with maintaining the General Ledger
  • Support debtor account collections for our branch network
  • Help with allocating account payments and reconciling customer accounts
  • Process credit card payments and manage basic account enquiries
  • Provide general admin support including data entry and email management
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls to support stores and customers
  • Learn and apply company policies and procedures (e.g., SPI's)

What We're Looking For

  • Credit Experience: Ideally, demonstrate a background in Credit or Accounts Receivable, with a track record of managing financial tasks efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to support day-to-day operations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Confident in engaging with the business via phone and email, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional negotiation skills and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working within a collaborative team environment, understanding that customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Eligibility: Must have full Australian working rights; no temporary visas or sponsorship will be considered.
