Role Overview- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and web chat in an empathetic and professional manner.
- Balance customer demands and multitask in a fast-paced customer contact environment.
- Contribute to a high-performing team, striving for performance excellence.
- Stay digitally savvy, using systems like Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce.
- Communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization to find the best customer outcome.
- Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve the employee experience, customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Provide insightful feedback to enhance REA products and services.
- 1+ years' experience in a similar corporate or call centre environment.
- Strong technical proficiency; multitasking skills when dealing with customers.
- Experience in real estate roles like leasing consultant, property manager or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver service that promotes customer loyalty and advocacy through clear communication, positive language and empathy.
