As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive the expansion and strengthening of our network by developing strategic partnerships, negotiating business growth strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on building a high-quality, expansive network that delivers value to our members and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies with third-party facility providers
  2. Collaborate with the ANZ Network Partnerships Manager to maintain the quality and depth of the gym network
  3. Seek out and onboard new facilities and channel partners, enhancing our network's breadth and complexity
  4. Partner with the Head of Finance to develop and implement new employer programs
  5. Negotiate and manage contracts with facility providers, securing favorable commercial terms
  6. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the gym network's capacity and availability
  7. Foster strong relationships with current and potential facility suppliers
  8. Track and report on KPIs related to network development activities

About You
  1. A seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
  2. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facilities and channel partners
  3. Experience in leading and mentoring teams, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment
  4. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management and commercial agreements
  5. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced growth environment
  6. Proficient in CRM systems and data management, with a solid understanding of financial and commercial principles
  7. Comfortable traveling as required
