We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Desktop Support Engineer. This part-time contract role is based in Sydney and requires a versatile individual with up to six years of experience.

The successful candidate will provide technical support across various IT technologies, travelling to client sites as needed to ensure system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement imaging and reimaging processes to optimize and update client systems.
  • Conduct regular network troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure consistent, reliable IT infrastructure performance.
  • Administer and support Office 365 environments for seamless user accessibility and functionality.
  • Utilize Active Directory for effective management of network resources and secure access controls.
  • Operate and maintain SCCM for efficient deployment and management of client systems and updates.
  • Perform Windows administration tasks to ensure secure and effective running of clients' Windows environments.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in imaging and reimaging systems is mandatory for optimized hardware operations.
  • Strong network troubleshooting skills are essential for identifying and resolving connectivity issues across various platforms.
  • Experience with Office 365 is necessary for managing and supporting cloud-based applications effectively for clients.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory is required for managing network resources and user access within client environments.
  • Ability to work with SCCM is crucial for deploying, managing, and updating systems to ensure client infrastructure remains current.
  • Experience in Windows Administration is essential for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Windows server environments.
