We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Corporate Transactions team.
- Work on high-profile M&A deals, advising leading corporates, investors, and financial institutions
- Gain exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions and contribute to the success of complex cross-border deals

About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- 2+ years PQE in M&A or corporate transactions
- Excellent technical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to provide strategic advice
- Strong team orientation and a willingness to mentor junior colleagues
- Commitment to building long-term client relationships
