Job Role:

The Senior Lawyer position involves working on complex corporate transactions and providing strategic advice to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and other corporate matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on corporate governance, restructuring, and employee share plans.

This role offers an opportunity to work with blue-chip clients and contribute to high-value transactions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years' PQE (Senior Associate) in Corporate/M&A with proven transaction experience.
  • Exceptional drafting and advisory expertise, as well as strong negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative approach to team work, with a focus on mentoring and supporting junior lawyers.
