About the Position

Drive complex M&A deals from takeovers and schemes to carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Coordinate multi-jurisdictional due diligence on high-value, cross-border transactions. Lead the drafting and negotiation of key agreements, underwriting documents, shareholder arrangements, and JV documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage public and private M&A deals, including takeovers and schemes, carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
  • Oversee multi-jurisdictional due diligence on high-value, cross-border transactions.
  • Lead the development and negotiation of SPA's, underwriting and subscription agreements, shareholder arrangements, and JV documentation.
  • Contribute significantly to deal strategy, execution, and client relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold 3-8 years' experience in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, or ECM.
  • Have training from a leading national or international firm.
  • Display strong academic credentials, commercial acumen, and client focus.
  • Show a driven, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset.
