Corporate Transaction Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Sydney. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of corporate transactions, including venture capital and start-up deals, advising on capital raisings, M&A, and corporate governance.
The RoleIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across the private capital ecosystem, providing strategic advice and guidance throughout the investment lifecycle. You will be responsible for drafting documents, conducting due diligence, and negotiating agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Advising on capital raisings, M&A, and investment structuring
- Conducting due diligence and reviewing documents
- Negotiating agreements and contracts
- Providing strategic advice to clients
- 3-6 years' post-admission experience in corporate or advisory work
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- A strong interest in the start-up and VC space
- Collaborative approach and ability to grow a specialist practice
