Job Title: Technology Innovation Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to spearhead our technology faculty, driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for curriculum development and implementation
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in design technologies and engineering
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving
  • Mentor and support staff within the faculty
  • Manage department resources and facilities effectively

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in technology and engineering education

Requirements:

We seek a passionate and forward-thinking leader with a strong background in engineering, design, and technology education.

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Design, Technology, or related fields)
  • Proven leadership experience within an educational institution or similar environment
  • A deep understanding of technologies education including curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
