Investor Relations Operations Professional

The position of Investor Relations Operations Analyst is available in our organization. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for delivering high-quality investor servicing and operational support.
As the primary point of contact, you will assist the Wholesale Capital team in maintaining accurate investor records, preparing onboarding and offboarding packs, updating investor details across registry systems, CRM, and internal spreadsheets, and preparing draft registry instructions for review.
In addition to these tasks, you will also assist in collating responses to investor due diligence requests by coordinating with internal subject matter experts, distribute standard investor communications, and maintain accurate contact lists.
Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining investor records to ensure accuracy across CRM, registry, and internal tracking systems.
- Support reconciliation activities, including registry vs. finance data checks and distribution records, for review by the Investor Services Manager.
- Collate and escalate investor KYC/AML documents to Group Compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
