We are seeking an ambitious and highly organized professional to support our investor servicing team. As an Investor Relations Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality investor experiences and operational excellence.

">Job Description:

The Investor Relations Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate investor records, coordinating onboarding and compliance processes, and assisting with the preparation of investor communications and reporting.

">Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Investor Servicing: Prepare onboarding and offboarding packs, ensure documentation is complete and accurate; update investor details across registry systems, CRM, and internal spreadsheets; prepare draft registry instructions for review before submission to external providers.
  • Information & Data Management: Maintain investor records to ensure accuracy across CRM, registry, and internal tracking systems; upload, tag, and organize documents in the virtual data room, ensuring correct access rights are applied.
  • Governance & Compliance: Collate and escalate investor KYC/AML documents to Group Compliance; assist in preparing materials for GS007 and internal audit reviews.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement: Maintain and update process notes, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
About You:

You will have demonstrated experience in funds administration, custody, registry, or a graduate background in audit or administration services; proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data entry and document management skills.
