Job Overview

This role is situated in Australia, where we are looking for a professional with a genuine interest in HR and Workforce Management (WFM) technology.

You will oversee critical projects from inception to completion, ensure timely execution and objectives are met, and foster collaboration across our global locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of WFM client projects from initiation to support using appropriate project management methodologies
  • Guide and influence client and Smart WFM decision-making to maximise the value of technology and the people using the solutions
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and client project teams
  • Demonstrate leadership ability with both project teams and clients
  • Manage conflicts through effective and inclusive problem-solving and negotiation
  • Manage Scope, Issues and Risks in an unbiased manner
Ideal Candidate
  • 4-5 years experience in managing WFM projects or other WFM technology projects
  • Highly customer-focused and driven by quality work and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to learn quickly when facing new technical challenges
  • Systems thinking and relational skills
  • Decisive and able to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information
  • Work well under pressure
  • Comfortable presenting virtually for client audiences
  • Strong understanding of WFM timekeeping, scheduling and integration
  • Good judgment and logical thinking
  • Strong situational awareness
  • Strong process capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with Project Management tools
  • Effective and confident communicator
  • Strong team leadership capabilities and experience coaching and motivating a team
  • Willingness to seek feedback and continuously improve
