We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill our Front Desk Coordinator role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, responding to phone calls and emails, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times
  • Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Booking requests for quotes and jobs into our Job Management System
  • Accurately entering data into our systems
  • Processing payments via the Eftpos terminal
  • Performing general office duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administration role (garage industry experience preferred but not essential)
  • A high standard of professionalism and phone manner
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with MS Office products, including Excel
  • Knowledge of Google Apps: Mail, Docs, Spreadsheets
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
