Accreditation Programme Manager

The key objective of this role is to oversee the accreditation and access management services for the AFC Women's Asian Cup 2026 in Australia.

The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the tournament's success by delivering high-quality accreditation and access programme on time and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute accreditation strategies and operations within Venue Operations, focusing on safety, data protection, and smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the AFC Accreditation and Access Lead and LOC Accreditation Manager to develop and implement accreditation manuals, procedures, and operations.
  • Manage client registration processes, including the delivery of AD cards as per the Accreditation Operations Plan.
  • Ensure all zoning maps and client flow are finalised and displayed at every Accreditation checkpoint.
  • Co-ordinate volunteer teams, rostering, and training sessions for ACR staff, safety & security staff, and volunteers.
