Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the accreditation team in delivering a world-class experience for the 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing accreditation services and operations in Australia, ensuring timely delivery of accreditation and access programs, managing client registration processes, and coordinating with safety and security teams.

This is a fixed-term role that requires flexibility and adaptability, with potential for contractor/sole trader arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver accreditation services and operations in Australia for the tournament.
  • Ensure timely delivery of accreditation and access programs.
  • Manage client accreditation registration process.
  • Coordinate with safety and security teams to protect data and ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee accreditation centre operations and access control.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in accreditation, venue management, or event operations.

Knowledge of access management and venue operations.

Ability to develop procedures and work in dynamic environments.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.

Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and other IT tools.

Flexibility to handle changing priorities and work hours.

Discretion and confidentiality.
