Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Customer Service Representative. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in both warehouse operations and customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching goods to customers. You will also receive and unpack incoming inventory items, operate material handling equipment, and process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently.

As you gain experience and confidence, you will begin training in customer service and work towards spending 70% of your time in customer service and 30% in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking, packing, consigning goods and dispatching them to customers
  • Receiving, unpacking, and stocking incoming inventory items
  • Operating material handling equipment and ensuring safety measures are followed
  • Processing orders and quotes accurately and efficiently
  • Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a warehouse or customer service role is preferred but not essential
  • Forklift license (advantageous)
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
